Do I have to work in an office?add
No. IDEA Lighthouse is remote-friendly and supports work from home. The 20 hours of office or 1:1 mentorship are part of the experience.
Can I stay longer than a few months? Can I cancel?add
Yes to both. The experience is ongoing until you decide to leave, and the intention is that you can cancel anytime.
Do I need to be a graduate?add
No. IDEA Lighthouse is open to anyone interested in developing their technical career.
Will IDEA teach me everything?add
No — and that's intentional. Professional development isn't about someone giving you every answer. You'll learn how to find answers, ask better questions, investigate problems and make decisions.
What projects will I work on?add
IDEA assigns projects based on available work and business requirements. Project availability can change.
Do I get a MacBook? What about subscriptions?add
